This is a business agreement between the Breeder and the Buyer, signed by both parties for the
protection of the kitten/cat. Once this contract is signed, no changes will be permitted without a written
amendment, agreed to and signed by both parties. If it is found that the Buyer has broken this contract,
the kitten will be returned to the Breeder unconditionally, with no refund due the Buyer.

Breeder/Show__Qualitites valuable to a breeding program w/show potential.
Pet/Show__Buyer agrees to neuter/spay kitten/cat. Kitten/cat may be shown.
Breeder offers no guarantees of show or breeder quality. Breeder guarantees against sterility and
genetic defects based upon Breeder’s reliance upon a licensed veterinarian’s certification that said
cat/kitten is free from genetic defects and sterility problems. This guarantee applies only to cats/kittens
sold for breeding.
A kitten is guaranteed for 24 months if the kitten dies of a genetic defect. The buyer will be able to pick
out a kitten of choice.
Health Guarantee:
Cat/kitten is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery. Purchaser is advised to confirm this by
taking cat/kitten to their veterinary within 72 hours for a complete examination at purchaser’s expense
Cat/Kitten has a nine month replacement guarantee against any hereditary or congenital.

Defects. If the cat/kitten described above dies within nine months of the purchase date from hereditary
or congenital defects, the breeder will replace the cat/kitten upon receipt of a complete autopsy report
from a veterinarian obtained at the purchaser’s expense. The breeder will replace such cat/kitten, as
soon as next kittens are available, with one of like quality though cannot guarantee same color or
pattern. If, however , the cat/kitten dies as a result of vaccination for FIP, or from contracting FIP or
Felv ; Breeder assumes no responsibility and will not replace cat/kitten.
If purchaser's veterinary finds any hereditary or congenital defects on first visit ,purchaser’s full
purchase will be refunded upon return of cat/kitten.
Upon a written proof of diagnosed HCM by a Board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist or a copy of an
OFA or PennHIPP certification stating that the cat is dysplastic, Buyer will receive a replacement kitten
as soon as one is available. Buyer may keep the original cat. Breeder is not responsible for any vet
bills incurred.
There is no refund or replacement given if this cat is successfully bred before having its hips X-rayed
for HD, with the results turning up positive through an OFA or PennHipp reading. The reading must
have POOR results before a replacement of a kitten is replaced.
The breeder is will not replace a male kitten as a pet if the male kitten develops with one testicular or
assumes any vet bills when neutering the kitten. As for a breeder quality kitten, the kitten will be
replaced and the original kitten will be return to the breeder. The breeder will be notified within 6
months after kitten is sold to the buyer for a breeder.
If at anytime, this kitten/cat is found to be ill, malnourished, abused, neglected, or loose unattended
outdoors, Buyer will surrender the cat to the Breeder unconditionally, with no refund of purchase price.
Guarantees by Buyer:
Buyer promises and warrants that this kitten/cat will be an indoor animal, not allowed to roam freely
outside. This kitten/cat will not be confined to a cage. .
Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat ever be sold, leased or co-owned or given away to any pet
shop, Humane Shelter, research facility, or other such facility. If at anytime, this kitten/cat is found to be
ill, malnourished, abused, neglected, or loose unattended outdoors, Buyer will notify the State of Animal
Health Department
